Military Serving Military™

The Process

From Question to Keys.

1. Confirm Eligibility

We look at your service and, in many cases, request your Certificate of Eligibility for you.

2. Get Pre-Approved

You get a documented, realistic price range before you start touring homes — not after.

3. Find the Home

Your agent writes the offer. Your pre-approval letter is what makes that offer credible to a seller.

4. Appraisal & Underwriting

The property is appraised and reviewed against VA Minimum Property Requirements while underwriting verifies your file.

5. Review Your Numbers

You get a Closing Disclosure before closing. We read it with you line by line, not over your shoulder.

6. Close and Move In

You sign, the loan funds, and the keys are yours. We stay reachable after closing too.

Avoid These

Mistakes First-Time Buyers Make.

  • Touring homes before knowing a documented price range
  • Assuming no down payment means nothing is due at closing
  • Comparing offers by interest rate alone instead of the whole Loan Estimate
  • Opening new credit or financing furniture before the loan closes
  • Budgeting for the payment but not for taxes, insurance, and maintenance
  • Waiving inspections to win a bid without understanding the risk
